Beta Club

Newberry Academy’s Beta Club seeks to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students. Beta Club’s foundation is its four pillars: achievement, character, leadership and service.

Junior Beta Club consists of students in grades 4th through 8th. Senior Beta Club includes students in grades 9th through 12th. All members adhere to the Beta mission and learn to embrace and embody its four pillars.

The National Beta Club is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. For more than 80 years, it has prepared today’s students to be tomorrow’s leaders. The organization has helped nearly seven million students learn how to make a life for themselves – and since 1991 has awarded over $6 million in scholarships.
