The athletic program at Newberry Academy is financially supported by the Eagle Booster Club. Membership is required of families whose children participate in the activities sponsored by the school. This would include varsity and junior high sports teams including basketball, swimming, soccer, golf, baseball and softball. The school's cheerleading program is also sponsored by the club. For the younger students intramural soccer and basketball are offered. For girls in grades one through seven, softball intramurals is offered. For girls in grades one through five, the Newberry Academy Eaglettes cheerleading squad is offered. |
